Creatify alternatives for software products
Updated 4 November 2026
The short answer
Creatify’s URL-to-video works because, for e-commerce, the URL really does contain the product: a photo, a price, a review. For software it contains your marketing site. The screens that convince a buyer are behind a sign-in, and reading the public page cannot reach them.
Adgent is the alternative that treats the URL as a starting point rather than the source material. Given a demo or sandbox account, a browser agent signs in, explores the core flows, records them, and the renderer cuts the real footage to an AI creator’s narration. Nothing about the interface is generated.
What Creatify is good at
Range, speed and price: e-commerce formats, avatars, scripting from a link, publishing and an ad-agent workflow, from a Starter tier around $39/month. It is also well funded and moving quickly — $9M ARR inside eighteen months and a $15.5M Series A in May 2025 — which matters when you are picking a tool you want to still exist next year. If you sell physical products, this page is probably not for you.
What changes when the product is software
| What the URL gives you | E-commerce: the product itself. SaaS: a marketing page about the product. |
|---|---|
| Getting the real screens | Creatify: you upload them. Adgent: a browser agent records them, login included. |
| Keeping the UI honest | Adgent never generates interface pixels — only the presenter. Generated UI reads as fake to the buyer you are trying to convince. |
| Reading the result | Adgent attributes Meta and TikTok performance back to hook, creator and layout, then rebuilds from the winners. |
The realistic shortlist
Adgent — software and apps whose value is behind a login, and agencies running several such clients. Arcads — the strongest actor library if you have your own footage; see our Arcads notes. HeyGen or Synthesia — if what you need is localisation or enterprise communication rather than paid social. Storylane, Supademo or Arcade — if an interactive demo serves the goal better than an ad. Meta Advantage+ and TikTok Symphony — free and inside the ad account; worth including as the control group in your first test.
Prices and sources are collected on Adgent vs Arcads vs Creatify, and the format itself is explained in UGC ads for SaaS.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Creatify alternative for a SaaS or app product?
Adgent, if the flows that sell your product require a sign-in: it drives the live product with a browser agent using a demo or sandbox account, records the real screens and cuts them to the narration. Arcads, if you already have footage and only need a better actor. Both are narrower than Creatify, which spans e-commerce formats Adgent does not attempt.
What does Creatify do better?
Breadth and price. It covers e-commerce product imagery, catalogue-style formats, avatars, publishing and an ad-agent workflow, with a Starter tier around $39/month and a funded roadmap — $9M ARR in eighteen months and a $15.5M Series A in May 2025. For a store or an SMB advertiser it is a lot of tool for the money.
Why does URL-to-video struggle with SaaS?
Because a software URL does not contain the product. It contains the marketing site: a hero image, a few feature screenshots and some testimonials. The screens that actually convince a buyer are two clicks past a login, and a tool that only reads the public page cannot reach them.
Is it safe to give an ad tool a login to my product?
Give it a staging or sandbox account rather than production, and make the vendor put its credential handling in writing. Our stated policy for early-access pilots is encrypted vault storage, access limited to two named people, deletion within seven days of capture and an access log — ask us to confirm it before you hand anything over. If no account can be shared at all, Adgent also works from your public pages plus recordings you upload yourself, with the trade-off that the footage is only as good as what you recorded.
Your URL is the input. Your real screens are the output.
